I ordered the ‘Premium Tulip Flower Tips Cake Decoration Kit/Set – 125 PCS – Tips + couplers + bags + Book + Gifts’ on November 20th, 2017 and it was fulfilled on November 30th, 2017. I have not yet received the item but I was told it would be shipped between 14 – 19 days. It has been more than a month since and I am still waiting for my item! I have contacted them by email multiple times and have received no reply! And now when i revisit the link I used to order originally, it says shop and link are unavailable!

I have not received my tips yet. they are a Christmas gift. I ordered cake decorating tips on 11/18/17. 11/30/17: I received a tracking number (936128****0900******** ) and notification my order was on its way. The expected arrival was 14 days. 12/14/17: I sent an email inquiring about my order. No response. I used the tracking number to find out where my items were. The store information stated the order was fulfilled. 12/18/17: I sent an inquiry via email about my order. No response. I checked the tracking number again and only saw that the order was fulfilled. 1/8/18: I sent an inquiry via email about my order and if I would be getting a refund. No response. Now the shop is unavailable.

I ordered icing tips, got an email confirming the order, got an email with a tracking number, but never received the product. I emailed them and have not had a return email. If I'm not going to receive my tips, I would like a refund! But I don't see that happening as there is no way to contact the company, and they do not respond to emails sent to the above gmail account. What a waste, wish I had known before I ordered.

I ordered tips too. Got a one line email confirming the order.

Never got a tracking number or the item. When I emailed them via their website to chase I never got a response.

Tried to access the site after that and it has disappeared!!! Do NOT buy from these people!

ordered tips Nov 17, never got, and now the site is shut down, sent many emails over the past few weeks, they stated on way... now nothing... last sent request for refund. this was ordered to decorate a sweet 16 birthday cake in end of DEC.... birthday girl cried because i had to settle for different decor.... sent 2 dozen emails... last visit to site before shut down, pop up still showed people buying... wish i could have warned them.... VERY UPSET!!!!!! i have never taken a chance on ordering things like this online, but their site showed so many people buying, so stupid me gave them a chance, even worst now just thinking they have all my card info..... BEWARE !!!!!

Ripped Off/SCAM

I purchased the 125 tips and the Christmas tip back in October. Never received the products. I emailed several times and posted on Facebook. Never received a response! Im so pissed off. I have always had a good online experience until now. I am very leary off ordering anything now. I guess I am with a lot of people that got scammed by this company. What do we do now? we need help in shutting this down. The went off online and now are back. So we need to get these criminals online and put the in jail for fraud and ripping off people especially around the holidays. ugh

Yo tambien compre estas 125 puntas el 11/16/17 me lo debutaron el próximo dia 11/17/17. En 11/30/17 rico correo electrónico donde me daban el número de confirmación 936128****0900******** y que estaría recibiendolo entre 14 y 19 días.

He enviado varios correo electrónico de diciembre el último lo envíe fue el 2/4/18 y nunca he recibido respuesta sobre está situación. Solicito med hagan el reembolso del dinero y/o actúen sobre esta compañía que engaña a las personas.

Es la primera vez que me sucede esto al comprar en li nea. Gente no caigan en esta trampa.

I ordered the 125 pc. Premium Tips collection on October 15, 2017, and the order was paid, fulfilled, and ready for shipment and an email was sent to me stating it was shipped on October 25, 2017. Well I have NEVER received it, called spotify and got no luck, emailed premium gadgets NUMEROUS times, and of course we get NO RESPONSE BACK. I feel this is just a crime to do to people and hope they ( PREMIUM GADGETS) get enough feedback from pissed customers that they are faced with CRIMINAL CHARGES !! Here is my info i got emailed !! I placed an order in late October 2017. Within 10 days of the order, I received an email - "Your order is on its way!" Checking their website, I gave it two weeks (US shipping time), and when I had received nothing, I sent an inquiry about the status of my order. No response from the company. A second inquiry email was sent about a week later. Again, no response. I went to the website, and my order still said "pending" - no tracking number. Late November a third inquiry sent and apparently ignored. Early and mid December - another two emails sent, with the last one including the message "If I don't get a response, I am going to post my story on Facebook." Apparently, even that made no difference. I am now initiating the complaint process with PayPal.

Ripped Off by Premium Gadgets

You think by my age I would have realized that this deal was too good to be true. Now I see that there are many others that have been taken by this web site. I placed my order on 11/03/2017. It is now 01/05/2018. Today I tried to find out where my order was, and why I hadn't receive it yet. Now I know that I am not alone. If I can help just one person from Falling Pray, to these people, then I will know that my loss was not in vain. No information yet and the website of this company was disabled.

No way to contact them. This kind of fraudster, swindles & cheater.

I would like a phone number to talk to someone and find out where my order #8146 is. no body will contact me. Not good business!!I ordered the set of premium tips on the 24th of October and got 1 e-mail saying they were putting together my order. they advertise 3-6 days delivery in the U.S. I thought Arizona was in the United States! I just want my tips!!please find out why I have not received my order. If they can't send them I will have to cancel my order. and I don't want to do that. A quick call or e-mail to let someone know what's going on would be nice.

I am in the same boat you are. Made a purchase for my mother on 10/27/17. We have yet to receive the products and cannot make contact with them.

Back in October 24th ordered from premium gadgets the 24-piece cake Deco tips and it was free just pay for shipping and handling paid $17.70 still have not received the items! Tried to contact them there's no number for customer service there's no way to get in touch with these people and I'm not the only one this is happened to and I would like my money back or I will go to the Better Business Bureau and I will go to my attorney and then I will go to the attorney general! It's sad that somebody has to take advantage of people and make a profit on it and not give them their product! All I want is my money back!! It's called theft by deception
