I ordered cake decorating tips on 11/18/17. 11/30/17: I received a tracking number (9361289702090013508133 ) and notification my order was on its way.

The expected arrival was 14 days. 12/14/17: I sent an email inquiring about my order. No response. I used the tracking number to find out where my items were.

The store information stated the order was fulfilled. 12/18/17: I sent an inquiry via email about my order. No response. I checked the tracking number again and only saw that the order was fulfilled.

1/8/18: I sent an inquiry via email about my order and if I would be getting a refund.

No response. Now the shop is unavailable.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Charged but never sent, Deception, No merchandise recd no ans to inquiries, Do not answer emails.
